Our facility meets the highest standards
In 2013 we redesigned the factory, focusing on two completely separate lines (the green line for porcine and the blue line for poultry).
Unique location
We have separate bagging machines and a state of the art weighbridge. The location of our factory is unique: close to the German border and close to Rotterdam, with the advantage of having transport into Europe and transport to the port of Rotterdam well facilitated.
Manufacturing process
When the parameters of the base product are known, we start creating the end product for the customer. Assuming this customer wants 50% protein, our computerised laboratory examines which protein, fat, moisture and ash contents are in which silos, with protein and ash being the main parameters for the mix. The mix is made in a 2 ton Beks Mixer.
Depending on customer wishes, we can add an antioxidant to the mix, and give the end product an expiration date. A salmonella control agent can also be added. The end product is on the road for 6 weeks, usually shipped to a warm country, which means that salmonella can develop despite the extensive factory tests. Finally we have the option of grinding the product into a finer powder.
